We’re partnering with a well established and fast growing quick service restaurant group to find a passionate Restaurant Manager who loves leading from the front and bringing great energy to every shift. This is a hands on leadership role in a busy, high volume environment where pace, people and personality all matter. You’ll be someone who thrives on building strong teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and becoming a familiar face in the local community. About the Role: Leading, coaching and developing a large FOH and BOH team Driving service standards, speed and food quality during peak trade Managing labour, rosters and wage percentages in line with sales Controlling COGS, ordering and wastage Maintaining food safety, compliance and operational standards Connecting with your local community through local area marketing, partnerships and in store initiatives What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a QSR or fast casual environment Confidence leading large teams in a high volume setting A strong understanding of labour control and commercial performance A hands on leadership style with a genuine coaching mindset A passion for guest experience and community connection The ability to keep calm, positive and motivating during busy services Experience from well known QSR or fast casual brands will be highly regarded.
